From information to priorities

You have a catalogue.
Where is the next opportunity?

A catalogue review starts with a business question. Analytics helps put artist and track information in context, so your team can decide what to investigate, what to develop and what to revisit.

Understand the artist.

Bring the artist profile, catalogue and available audience information into the same conversation.

Look for momentum.

Use popularity and direction indicators to identify tracks worth a closer review.

Choose your next action.

Connect the findings to release planning, catalogue development or a focused growth question.

A practical starting point

Start with the question.
Build the review around it.

A useful pilot has a defined scope. We agree the artists, catalogue and available data before deciding what the review should answer.

  1. 01

    Define the decision.

Choose the question: which artists need attention, which tracks deserve a new push, or where to focus the next release?

  2. 02

    Review the context.

Look at artist and track signals alongside the audience and performance data available for your pilot.

  3. 03

    Set the priorities.

Turn the review into a shortlist of opportunities, next steps and questions to test with your team.

Before the pilot

A few useful answers.

Who is Analytics for?

Labels, music companies and teams managing artists or catalogues. A pilot starts with the decision you want to support and the artists or repertoire you want to review.

Can I sign up immediately?

Analytics is currently available through pilot access by arrangement. Contact Catalyse to discuss scope and access. Existing pilot customers can open the app directly.

What data will my pilot include?

We agree the data available and the scope of the review before starting. The example profile shows artist information, Spotify popularity and track direction; additional audience or performance analysis depends on the pilot’s data and requirements.

Is consulting included?

The app and consulting support can be scoped together. Discuss the level of analysis and support you need when arranging your pilot.

Does a popularity signal tell me what will succeed?

Treat the indicator as a prompt for further review. Assess it alongside your own goals, catalogue knowledge and performance information before committing to a campaign.
